I follow Summer on Instagram and met her at a coffee shop earlier this year. My husband and I had our home listed with another realtor for over a year. We received a contract at the year mark after the listing expired. We navigated the process on our own with the buyers agent and lender. Which was a complete nightmare. We extended twice and then the buyers loan was denied. We needed to relist immediately. I called Summer without hesitation because I knew she could get it done. She is a hard worker and stepped in the gap and knew exactly what we needed to get done. Our buyers contract terminated on Monday and we were listed by Friday and had a contract by Sunday. Within that week, we had our house staged and pictures taken. Summer has the tools with social media and marketing to get eyeballs to your home. Summer was a tremendous help in getting us into our first home. They say home buying is one of the most stressful events of your life, and that is absolutely true.
